Return to Monkey Island, Ron Gilbert’s surprising and exciting return to the island is an extension of his legendary adventures games The Secret of Monkey Island (and Monkey Island 2: LeChuck’s Revenge), which were made with Lucasfilm Games.

Guybrush Threepwood has been a longer time since he last fighting an intellectual war against LeChuck and his Zombies pirate foe. The woman he loves most, Elaine Marley, has switched her attention away from being a leader, and Guybrush himself is lost and unfulfilled, having never been able to discover the Secret of Monkey Island. Hip, young pirate leaders with Captain Madison have shuffled the old guard to the side, Melee Island has taken a downward turn, and famed businessman Stan is in prison for “marketing-related crime”.

Speak to your former as well as new buddies on well-known islands which are under the control of a different, risky leader. Then, take to the seas, and discover the unknown and new as you work your way through difficult situations. Amazing puzzles, puzzling situations, and devastating ripostes will be all that stands between Guybrush and glory.
